This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your order worldwide.

  1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

• 3 business days (Monday–Friday)

During this time, we carefully prepare and pack your items before handing them to our logistics partners.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  1. Shipping Times

We ship worldwide for free.

Estimated delivery time after processing:

• 9 business days — Worldwide

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location or the carrier’s logistics network.

  1. Free Worldwide Shipping

All orders include free shipping, with no additional fees at checkout.

You will never be charged extra for shipping, handling, or international delivery.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

• A tracking number
• A tracking link
• Carrier information

Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update after the package leaves our warehouse.

  1. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Scooplify is not responsible for delays or non-deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Missing delivery information
• Failed delivery attempts by the carrier

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for reshipping.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are:

• Marked as delivered but not received
• Lost by the carrier
• Damaged after the delivery has been completed

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can assist you.
