At Scooplify, our goal is to provide a clean, transparent, and satisfying shopping experience. For this reason, we offer a 45-day satisfaction guarantee from the date you receive your order, under the conditions described below.

45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 45 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
• Be unused and unopened
• Be in its original packaging
• Include all accessories and components
• Be in the same condition as received
Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, damage caused by improper handling, modifications, moisture, or misuse.

I Changed My Mind / I No Longer Want the Product
If you decide you no longer want the product, a return may be requested under the following conditions:
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Once the product is received and inspected by our team, and confirmed to meet the conditions above, the refund will be processed.
If the product does not meet these conditions, the refund may not be approved.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in this case.

Damaged, Defective, or Faulty Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not function properly, you are entitled to choose between:
• A free replacement
• A full refund
To process this request, please send us:
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue (video preferred)
• Order number
• Name and email used for the purchase
Once the issue is verified, we will resolve the case at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Product or Variant Received
If you selected the wrong variant when placing your order:
The return will be handled under the “Change of mind” process (Section 2).
If you received an incorrect product or variant due to an error on our side:
Please contact us with photo or video evidence. Once verified, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Products Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Used or opened products
• Items not in original packaging
• Gift cards
• Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective or damaged)

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email.
If approved:
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time may take 5 to 15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
